New ‘Dust Bowl’ Project Is Back on Track

The third Dust Bowl Lanes and Lounge was scheduled to open last year in Little Rock, Ark., joining locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.

But now the project is back on track, with a building permit issued for the former American Legion building on Little Rock’s Capitol Avenue.
