RETIRED NFL PUNTER ASSISTS PENNSYLVANIA CENTER

Former National Football League punter Pat McAfee has helped Nesbit’s Lanes in Plum, Pa., surpass its GoFundMe goal of $100,000 by making a pair of donations totaling nearly $36,000.

Like so many businesses, Nesbit’s has been devastated by pandemic-mandated closures.

“Nesbit’s is a staple of the Plum community,” McAfee said. “I’ve had the privilege of bowling there, hanging out there, and using their parking lot in times of need in high school.”
