Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports in New York City will receive the 2022 BPAA Media Award
Portnoy helped keep small businesses alive during the pandemic with a $41 million fund that assisted more than 420 small businesses to survive government-enforced restrictions — including many bowling centers.
Portnoy was featured in a previous edition of BCM, and his story will be updated in a pre-Bowl Expo report.
