PINS MECHANICAL EXPANDING INTO SOUTH CAROLINA

Three new venues have been announced for the $1 billion Greenville County Square redevelopment project in Greenville, South Carolina.

RocaPoint Partners said that Pins Mechanical, Fairway Social and Agave Bandido have signed on to join the 40-acre mixed-use community underway in the downtown area, joining Whole Foods Market and The Perch Kitchen and Tap.

Pins Mechanical will be the entertainment anchor, with a 24,366-square-foot social destination featuring duckpin bowling, more than 40 pinball machines, yard games, craft beers, classic cocktails and more.

Pins Mechanical also has locations in Georgia, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee and Pennsylvania.

Fairway Social will occupy 9,100 square feet with a full-service restaurant and bar, golf simulators, putting course, arcade games and more. Agave Bandido will specialize in elevated Mexican cuisine.
