As part of Storm’s continued support of the BCA of Wisconsin’s High School State Bowling Championships and Storm Scholarship Doubles Tournament, PWBA star Gazmine “GG” Mason will make special appearances at this year’s events, to be held March 1-3 at The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley in Green Bay.
Mason is a two-time member of both Team USA and Junior Team USA, and has won four gold medals in international competition. She became the first Black woman to win both singles and all-events gold medals during Team USA competition at the 2016 World Bowling Youth Championships.
While competing for the University of Nebraska, Mason was an NTCA third-team All-American and helped the Cornhuskers win the 2015 NCAA Bowling Championship.
The Cranston, Rhode Island, native has won two PWBA regional titles.
In addition to her on-lane accomplishments, Mason is a global ambassador and advocate for bowling. She launched her own company, Got Game, LLC, in 2018. Mason also started the Gazmine Mason Foundation that fosters education, health and nutrition to disadvantaged youth and individuals through the sport of bowling.
