BOWLING INDUSTRY VETERAN CHILTON SEES NEN ACQUIRED

National Entertainment Network has agreed to sell all equity interests to Kiddleton Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of GENDA Inc. headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

NEN is one of the nation’s largest amusement vending operators with more than 8,000 locations across the U.S. Since its establishment in 2019, Kiddleton has been specializing in Japanese-style prize game machines and themed rooms.

This acquisition will enable NEN and Kiddleton to expand their market share in the entertainment industry and provide NEN access to Kiddleton’s state-of-the-art crane and amusement machines and unique licensed toy items to be placed in NEN cranes throughout the U.S.

Randy Chilton joined NEN in 2015 after decades in the coin-op industry, beginning with the family-owned Chilton Vending in Wichita, Kansas, a long-time bowling sponsor.
