BOISE CENTER SELLS FOR SECOND TIME IN 7 YEARS

Meridian Lanes, which has served the greater Boise, Idaho, area since 1959 when it was opened by Gene Quintieri, has been sold for the second time in less than seven years.

Quintieri’s offspring, Jo Wilmot and Allen Quintieri, sold the center in 2017, citing their ages and a need to slow down. Now the couple that purchased the center, Andrew and Sharon Propst, have sold it to four local businessmen, led by Robert Arisha.

Ken Mischel and Martin Mischel, owners of Mischel & Company and affiliates of The Hansell Group, a nationwide organization of commercial real estate brokers specializing in bowling and family entertainment centers, served as the brokers in the transaction.

Meridian Lanes was featured on the “Bar Rescue” program in 2023 when the venue’s Strikes Lounge was rebranded to Bullseye Sports Bar & Kitchen, a nod to its dart lanes. Meridian also is home to one of the six Big Al’s locations in the West.
