RENO RESORTS AND USBC INK NEW DEAL

Does your center organize trip leagues for the USBC Open Championships? A new agreement between the United States Bowling Congress and three of Reno’s downtown resorts could help bowlers save money on their Reno trips and keep league fees affordable.

The Eldorado, Silver Legacy and Circus Circus have been signed to serve as the presenting sponsors for the USBC Open and Women’s Championships when the tournaments visit Reno from 2026 through 2033.

As part of the agreement, those properties also will serve as the hosting hotels for each event, offering bowlers special rates and benefits. Also, Silver Legacy will be where bowlers pick up same-day brackets payouts.

Eldorado and Silver Legacy will offer rates starting at $60 per night, while Circus Circus rates will start at $49 per night. The properties also will waive all resort fees for those who book their stay prior to Aug. 31, 2025. For reservations made after that date, bowlers will receive 50% off resort fees.

Reno has hosted the Open Championships on 14 occasions, with the most recent event taking place in 2023. The Women’s Championships has been held in Washoe County a total of 13 times, including last year.
