Pinstripes Acquired by Group Led by Punch Bowl Social

Punch Bowl Social has announced that it has partnered with Silverview Credit Partners and existing investors to acquire Pinstripes Holdings out of bankruptcy.

According to the announcement, Pinstripes will continue to operate its seven remaining U.S. locations as a standalone brand. All existing reservations and events would remain in place and be honored during the transition.

In the coming months, the company said it plans to work with stakeholders to evolve the brand by “strengthening operations, implementing enhancements and improving the overall guest experience.”
