Plans are in the very preliminary stage, but it’s possible that a number of “bowling destinations” in Las Vegas could be connected by an underground transit system being proposed by Elon Musk’s Boring Co.
The company is nearing completion on its project to link various parts of the sprawling Las Vegas Convention Center, which has been a frequent host of the Bowl Expo Trade Show through the years.
Now, a vastly expanded system has been proposed, running from downtown to the new Allegiant Stadium.
If fully realized, the system would include stops at the Fremont Street Experience (home of The Nerd bar, which offers free bowling), The Linq Promenade (home of Brooklyn Bowl), as well as The Orleans and Gold Coast resorts, both home to large bowling centers.
An expansion of the transit system to McCarran International Airport also is under consideration.
