The one thing virtually everyone agrees on is that 2020 has been a year like no other — and not in a good way.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the fundamental way people live their lives, forcing business owners to change the way they do business in an environment that can change instantly with a governor’s signature.
Bowling centers today are being forced to operate much differently than they have in the past.
To help center owners navigate these challenging times, the BPAA has developed the industry’s first Post-COVID Management School. The three-day event is set for Jan. 26-28 at the Marriot Kansas City Airport Hotel, enabling attendees to fly in, attend the sessions, and fly home.
All of the presentations will be focused on getting back to as close to “normal” as possible, with topics including strategic marketing based on pandemic lessons learned, digital marketing, food-and-beverage operations, talent acquisition, defining and delivering great customer service, and improving productivity.
Attendance is limited to 24 in order to ensure proper social distancing, and the first 12 registrants will receive free hotel accommodations.
