SOME CENTERS IN CALIFORNIA REOPEN; MOST REMAIN SHUTTERED

Centers in California are dealing with a complicated color-coded system as they seek to reopen as the Golden State continues to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.

In Chico, Bowlero was able to open its doors on Oct. 23 after Butte County moved into the “orange” (or moderate) pandemic tier. More: https://krcrtv.com/news/local/strike-citys-only-bowling-alley-reopens-after-multiple-pandemic-closures.

Napa County also allowed centers to reopen, which was welcome news to Napa Bowl proprietor Dan Sousa. “It’s a miracle we survived,” Sousa told ABC 7 News. “Could not have gone much longer.” Report: https://abc7news.com/napa-coronavirus-orange-tier-bowling-ally/7287658/.

Other counties also are adjusting their color tiers.
