RAB’S COUNTRY LANES WINS ‘BEST OF BOROUGHS’ AWARD

The .NYC registry team, managed by communications technology company Neustar, conducted its Best of Boroughs 2020 Virtual Awards Celebration to honor five organizations that use the .NYC domain name in each borough of New York City.

Among the winners was Rab’s Country Lanes, named Best of Staten Island.

Each of the five winners received a cash prize of $5,000. More than 50,000 votes were cast to select the winning groups.

“My father always believed in staying ahead of the trends and investing back into our business,” said Rab’s proprietor Frank Wilkinson. “Essentially, we were one of the first businesses in Staten Island to have a website — ours goes back to 1997.”
