CENTERS IN MICHIGAN AND IDAHO CHANGE HANDS

James Matti has acquired Novi Bowl, a 40-lane bowling center in Novi, Mich., from Len Herman and Jerry Harris.

Sandy Hansell, founder of The Hansell Group, a nationwide organization of commercial real estate brokers specializing in bowling and family entertainment centers, served as the broker in the transaction.

Denis Casey along with his daughter, Hanna, and son-in-law, Lee Honaker, have taken the keys to Camas Lanes, an eight-lane center in Grangeville, Idaho.

Doug and Brenda McRoberts, who had owned the center since 1993, decided to retire.
