GREAT LAKES’ PARTS AND SUPPLY DIVISION IS SOLD

The pinsetter parts and lane maintenance supply division of Great Lakes Bowling has been acquired by Jeremy Gorgas and Tom Schweiger of JAK Adventures LLC.

Gorgas and Schweiger are the owners of Lucky Lanes in Milwaukee, Wis., and the name of their new company will be National Bowling Supply.

The account information of customers will automatically be transferred to the new entity, and customers may call in or email orders as in the past.

Steve Raasch will continue to represent Steltronic Automatic Scoring and other bowling capital equipment manufacturers under the name of Great Lakes Bowling, and customer service representative Patrice Thorin will be staying on with the new company.

“I’d like to thank [customers] for their business over the past 40-plus years,” Raasch said. “Your support over this time is greatly appreciated.”
