FALGIEN JOINS US BOWLING WITH FOCUS ON STRING MACHINES

Gus Falgien has been named to the newly created position of Senior Vice President of International Sales and Distribution by US Bowling Corporation.

Falgien’s main focus will be to enhance the company’s worldwide footprint in preparation for its 24 Volt String Pinsetting Machine gaining global approval for tournament and league play.

“We are honored and proud to have Gus join our team,” said US Bowling President David Frewing, adding that Falgien is seen as a key addition to the company’s long-term goals. “Adding a tech-savvy, experienced executive like Gus is important to our future success. He is so well known and respected throughout the world. He’s knowledgeable, personable and passionate.”

Falgien is no stranger to working with technology and setting up worldwide distribution, arriving at US Bowling after more than 20 years with Kegel, where he played a significant role in marketing Sanction lane machine technology around the world.

In a Facebook post, Kegel noted: “…We want to express our great appreciation for everything Gus Falgien has done for our company… He’s done an incredible job strengthening our brand, serving our customers and being a first-class co-worker… We’re confident the Kegel bird will always be close to Gus’s heart, as he will always hold a special place in ours.”

Falgien joins the US Bowling sales team of Glenn Keenan, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Bill Snoberger, National Sales Manager.
