BOWLERO ACQUIRES CENTERS IN KANSAS, FLORIDA AND COLORADO

Bowlero Corp. continues to expand its national footprint, increasing its presence in Kansas to four bowling centers with the acquisition of three venues in Wichita.

The deal includes the largest center in the state, Northrock Lanes, which spans 48 lanes and has hosted countless national tournaments through the years. Northrock includes an arcade, sports grill, snack bar and a banquet hall that seats more than 120.

Also acquired were the 36-lane West Acres Bowling Center and the hybrid center known as The Alley, which includes 32 lanes, a sports grill, indoor electric go-karts, laser maze, arcade, virtual reality and an escape room.

Two other centers owned by Joma Bowling Company were not included in the deal.

Bowlero also announced that it had acquired Manatee Lanes in the Tampa suburb of Crystal River, Fla., and Fat Cats in Westminster, Colo.

Manatee Lanes is a 30-lane center with an arcade. It opened under Bowlero management on May 5 and becomes the company’s 28th location in Florida.

The Fat Cats venue, located in the Westminster Promenade, includes 29 lanes, an arcade and glow golf, and has been rebranded as Bowlero Promenade.
