Are you ready for some football? Those attending the Illinois State BPA General Membership Meeting Nov. 6-7 at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel will have an opportunity to take in a pair of NFL games with their peers.
The activities begin on the 6th with the ISBPA Board of Directors meeting from noon until 5 p.m., followed by viewing of the Sunday Night Football game between the Titans and the Chiefs in the Molson-Coors hospitality room.
The next evening, a supporting-members strolling cocktail reception will be followed by a pub crawl at a local bar, where the Monday Night Football game between the Ravens and Seahawks will be beamed, accompanied by appetizers and brews.
The Monday schedule will kick off with a presentation on the new USBC lane inspection and certification program, followed by a new educational program titled, “The Bigger Bottom Line,” presented by Bowling University’s Kelly Bednar.
During the President’s Luncheon, the ISBPA will conduct its General Membership Meeting, at which BPAA Executive Director Frank DeSocio will provide an industry update and the ISBPA will be presenting its annual awards.
The mid-afternoon will feature another educational session by Bednar, this one on talent acquisition.
