The parking lot of Buffaloe Lanes Family Bowling Center in Mebane, North Carolina, has been a favorite destination for hungry locals since the summer of 2022.
The spareribs sold by Jay Starnes out of a food truck drew them in with their aroma and kept them coming back with their flavor.
Now, according to the Mebane Enterprise, Starnes — who calls his operation Fat Man and His Food — has been offered the restaurant space inside the one Buffaloe Lanes operation not owned by the Buffaloe brothers and soon will open the Pig Pin by Fat Man as a full-fledged sit-down restaurant.
Brian Collier is the proprietor of Buffaloe Lanes Mebrane, and Starnes says he may tie the restaurant and bowling center concepts together by offering a Buffalo (without the “e”) Burger.
