National Bowling Day returned on Saturday, Aug. 8, as Go Bowling returned to the “FOX & Friends” program on FOX News Channel for another exciting, live national broadcast celebrating one of America’s favorite pastimes.
Segments aired throughout the four-hour program.
Since 2018, Go Bowling has partnered with “FOX & Friends” to showcase bowling from New York City, helping inspire millions of viewers to get out and enjoy the sport with family and friends. This year’s celebration was especially meaningful as bowling joined the nationwide festivities honoring America’s 250th birthday and reminding America of one simple message: Don’t Go Boring, Go Bowling.
“National Bowling Day is one of our favorite days of the year because it gives our industry the opportunity to showcase everything that makes bowling so special,” said BPAA President Tyler Herreman. “Together, we have the opportunity to inspire millions of Americans to visit their local bowling center, create lasting memories with family and friends, and experience why bowling remains America’s number one participatory sport.”
