The first ever USBC mixed national tournament will debut at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nevada, taking place alongside the 2015 Women’s Championships. The event will feature four-player mixed teams, mixed doubles and singles open competition. Bowlers will be divided into four team and six doubles and singles divisions to match up with bowlers of similar skill sets.
As we mentioned in an earlier post, the mix will also give novice bowlers the experience of being able to travel and get a taste of competition on a national stage, while still having easy squad times, low cost entry fees, and a friendly environment. The tournament is currently set to bowl on Thursdays through Mondays from April 10 to June 30, 2015 and will run in conjunction with the USBC Women’s championships.
The cost of $44 per event and there will not be a all-inclusive events package available. Re-entry will be allowed in doubles and open singles. To find out more information, visit: http://www.bowl.com
