KANSAS COMMUNITY STILL HAS BOWLING… AT LEAST FOR NOW

After Community National Bank foreclosed on Parsons Bowl in Parsons, Kan., it tried to find a buyer for the 12-lane center — with no luck.

So, a long-time employee of the center, Helen Brooks, has been asked to operate it while a buyer continues to be sought.

For legal purposes, the name has been changed to PK Bowl. And while the facility faces an uncertain future, at least the community has a bowling center for the time being.
