RENOVATION OF FORMER ARMY BASE CENTER TO MOVE FORWARD

The pandemic delayed countless real estate projects around the country, including the ongoing redevelopment the former Fort Monmouth Army base in New Jersey.

Now, Parker Creek Partners says it is ready to begin work on the modernization of the base’s venerable bowling center, transforming it into a bowling-based entertainment venue.
