Dennis Scheirs received the 2022 John Davis Award from Kegel CEO Chris Chartrand during International Bowl Expo in Las Vegas.
Scheirs was hired by Kegel founder John Davis and has been with the company for 25 years. He began by helping develop a world-class facility for manufacturing lane oil and cleaner, and more recently has focused on an array of products for use in the home.
The award was introduced in 2001 when WIBC/USBC executive Joyce Deitch was the initial recipient.
In other Kegel news. Doug Dukes has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the company, and Kristijonas Sergejevas has joined the company’s sales team.
“It is an honor to receive this promotion and I am very excited to continue Kegel’s mission of improving the bowling experience,” Dukes said.
Noted Sergejevas: “I’m thrilled for the opportunity to join Kegel’s sales team and work alongside Doug. I hope that my unique perspective, built on a foundation of bowling and research, will help bring further success to Kegel.”
