A Columbus, Ohio-based entertainment company is bringing what it’s billing as an “adult playground” — complete with duckpin bowling, pinball machines, video games and a two-story corkscrew slide — to a $120 million suburban Cincinnati development.
Pins Mechanical Co., which opened its first Cincinnati location in 2018, plans to open its second regional location in the District at Deerfield, a mixed-use development that will include 362 apartments, 95,000 square feet of commercial space and a proposed 150-room hotel on 28 acres in Deerfield Township.
The new Pins Mechanical Co. is expected to open in early 2024.
