QubicaAMF Worldwide is the official bowling equipment supplier for The World Games 2022, which will be the first International Bowling Federation-sanctioned tournament conducted on string machines (utilizing EDGE Sting Pinspotters).
The competition is set for July 7-17 in the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, with bowling taking place July 8-11.
As the exclusive IBF global bowling equipment supplier and partner, QubicaAMF will install eight full lanes of its latest EDGE String technology for the event.
The IBF’s decision to sanction string machines makes it possible for bowling to be included in the most important multi-sport games without the need for a nearby bowling center. The World Games is an 11-day sports celebration held in the year following the Summer Olympic Games. The Games represents the highest level of competition for more than 3,600 international athletes and 30-plus unique sports, including bowling.
