The Nebraska State BPA has introduced a new youth scholarship offering. Beginning in January of 2023, applications will open for the inaugural Donna Hogan Youth Scholarship Award, valued at $1,000. The winner of this award will be announced at the 2023 NSBPA Annual Meeting. The criteria and timelines will be announced in the coming months.
