Colie Edison has resigned from her position as CEO of the Professional Bowlers Association, effective Jan. 21.
“It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to lead the PBA, especially through these difficult past two years,” Edison said. “The resiliency, creativity and flexibility of the PBA is truly unmatched. Our ability to not only survive, but thrive, in these times is a testament to the passion and commitment of our players, fans and staff. I am extremely proud of the work we have done to increase the visibility and awareness of the sport of bowling and know that the organization will continue its forward momentum as the 2022 season commences.”
No reason was given for Edison’s exit.
The PBA announced that the organization would continue to be run by its senior leadership team, including Commissioner Tom Clark, Vice President Carissa Del Bene, COO Lev Ekster, Senior Director of Regional Tournaments Michelle Terrell and National Tournament Director John Weber.
